Making the Draw Process Easy

• Provide your wire instructions, making sure the wire form is correct, complete, and signed before sending it to our Draws team.
• Make certain to provide all invoices for the draw along with the request. Insufficient proof of payment will delay disbursement.
• List all points of contact for inspectors on the subject property.
• Inform us if there is a signor other than the borrower on the E-Sign to release draw funds.
